Malvern Inns was created by David Roffe, Alastair Scott and Phil Lunn in October 2010. Each has worked within the hospitality industry for over three decades. All share a passion for developing inns that guests will enjoy visiting on many different occasions with friends, family and colleagues.

The company is named after the Malvern Hills. The hills span the borders of Worcestershire and Herefordshire and are a beautiful destination. They are regularly visited by David and his family. Walks on the hills ideally represent the values and environment that Malvern Inns strives to create.

David, Alastair and Phil have key strategic and operational roles within Malvern Inns – but day to day management is delegated to highly experienced General Managers and their teams. Every day, guests are greeted by knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff tasked with offering the best possible customer service.
